Inpatient Cardiology | Predictable Schedule
Growing Midwest Metro
Position Highlights:
- Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7am start, and typical mid-afternoon finish
- Cover two hospitals with an average census of 10–12 patients, supported by a robust team
- Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call during "on" week
- Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Base: $614,904 with $61,000 in Incentive Bonus
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage
- Additional Perks: $4,500 CME allowance + EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD / DO
- Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one
- Experience: Open to new grads and experienced physicians
- Sponsorship: N/A
