Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance: A predictable 7-on/7-off schedule. Days start at 7am and typically end by mid-afternoon.
• Desirable Practice Setting: An inpatient-only role in a growing, hospital-based heart program with 6 cath labs, cardiothoracic surgery and electrophysiology.
• Ideal Work Environment: A manageable census of 10–12 patients, with about 10–15 echo and EKG reads and about 4 TEEs a day. Epic is used across the system.
• Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call, limited to weekend nights during your “on” week.
• Culture & Support: A dedicated, experienced APC at each hospital handles initial evaluations. You’ll work alongside interventional, CT surgery and EP colleagues.
• Leadership Opportunities: Help shape and grow the inpatient cardiology program

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $614,904 guaranteed base salary.

• Degree: MD / DO
• Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one
