Healthcare Organization:
A 155-bed, community-based teaching hospital and multi-specialty regional health system. As a private, not-for-profit organization, the regional health system is nationally recognized for quality, patient satisfaction, and physician engagement. The system features a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center, simulation labs, and a thriving physician group with medical student and resident involvement.

Opportunity: Cardiology
We are open to both a non-invasive or invasive general cardiologist.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; time is split equally between clinic
and cath lab
• Patient Volume: On average, 14-20 patients per day in clinic; Hospital patients vary
per day.
• Call: Call required 7 days per month; Shared with other fellow cardiologist; Extra
pay for extra call.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Clinic/Hospital Facilities: The clinic is located within walking distance of the
hospital campus. The Heart Center lab features state-of-the-art
equipment, including a GE Myospect Nuclear Camera.
• Additional Facilities: cath lab; physicians’ lounge with meals provided; a 24-hour
all-access employee gym; and a state-of-the-art medical education center with
simulation labs, a conference center, and more
Requirements:
• Completion or upcoming completion of cardiology fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification
eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical
License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Compensation:
• Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual
3% cost-of-living adjustment.
