BAS Healthcare is partnering with Witham Health Services to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join an established and growing anesthesiology team in Lebanon, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a broad scope of anesthesia in a supportive, physician-only model while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Position Overview

Full-time, hospital-employed position

Physician-only anesthesia practice (manage 100% of your own cases)

Coverage includes 4 Operating Rooms, 1 OB OR, Endoscopy Suite, and 4 delivery rooms

Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, ENT, GI, Spine, OB/GYN, Breast, Healthy Pediatrics, and Podiatry

Occasional coverage for MRI and Cath Lab

No cardiac, thoracic, or neuro cases
-
Comfort with basic nerve blocks required
Schedule & Call
-
Variable daily schedule, typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Average one 24-hour call per week

One weekend every 6–7 weeks

Home call with a 30-minute response time

Position available due to team growth

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

Comfortable with a broad case mix and basic regional techniques

Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
