Locums Pain Management opportunity in SC

Location: Situated outside the capital of SC, this vibrant city continues to grow into a major diverse and urban area with a bustling downtown area. Conveniently located near I-95 and I-20, take a quick drive to escape to Myrtle Beach, Charleston, or Columbia.

Opportunity: Locums Pain Management

Assignment Details:

• Locum Outpatient/Clinic coverage needed for a Pain Management Physician
• Address: 1204 E. Cheves Street Florence, SC 29506
• Monday – Friday Outpatient/Clinic coverage needed every week beginning August 3rd.
• Hours are Monday – Thursday 8-5, and Friday 8-12.
• No inpatient responsibility, no call, and no weekends
• Locum needs to be comfortable with a busy practice and having anywhere from 20-35 patients and/or procedures a day.
• There will be a dedicated APP available to assist the locum though.
• All standard procedures required, lumbar punctures would be a huge bonus.
• Practice is fully equipped with all necessary clinical resources and personnel to deliver high-quality care including RN’s, MA’s, X-Ray Techs, 2 Procedure Rooms, 2 C-Arm Machines, 2 X-Ray rooms, CT in house, MRI in house, and Physical Therapy in house as well.
• EMR= EPIC
• Additionally, we have SUKI for AI documentation and Dragon for Dictation
• Patient Mix – Adult only

• Qualifications:

  • BC or BE in Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine Subspecialty
  • SC Medical License
  • CSR
  • DEA in South Carolina

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid travel and lodging.
