Certified - Urology (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)Job Details:
- Provide locum tenens clinic coverage Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must have robust and demonstrated Urology experience
- Open to either Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidates
- ACT 10 credentialing pathway is acceptable
- Board certification required at the certified level
- BLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days, or via ACT 10
- Facility is a Level 3 trauma center
- Assignment start date: January 4, 2027, ongoing
- Nearest airport: CWA (Central Wisconsin Airport)
- Lodging available at Cobblestone Hotel
