Core Clinical Partners is actively recruiting experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our Hospital Medicine Travel Program. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work across multiple hospital medicine programs while enjoying comprehensive travel support, competitive compensation, and the backing of a clinician-led organization.
Our travel clinicians support hospital medicine teams in a variety of markets throughout Texas, Kentucky, Idaho, Georgia, and additional states as our partnerships continue to grow. Opportunities may include day, swing, and nocturnist coverage based on program needs and clinician availability.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult medical patients
- Perform patient assessments, daily rounding, and ongoing clinical management
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Collaborate closely with hospitalist physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
- Develop and implement treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and consultants
- Participate in handoffs and cross-coverage as assigned
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of one year of inpatient Hospital Medicine experience required
- Strongly prefer active licensure in one or more of the following states: Texas, Kentucky, Idaho, and Georgia
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed to support program coverage
- Licensing costs reimbursed for clinicians committed to the travel program
- Ability and willingness to travel as assignments require
- Flexibility to work day, swing, and nocturnist schedules
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
