A health services network in Los Angeles, California is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth settings.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 32 to 38 hours of patient care per week; 4 eight-hour shifts
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient panel with a broad range of healthcare needs
- Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care visits
- Deliver care in office, testing center, and occasional telehealth settings
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles and ongoing communication
- Apply clinical training while performing in-office procedures when appropriate
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a Primary Care role/setting
- Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program
- National certification as an FNP or PA
- State licensure obtained by the start date
Desired Skills:
- Experience in human-centered primary care
- Strong clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
