Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric NP or Physician Assistant
Redding, California
Position Highlights:
- Flexible 4-day workweek (Mon-Fri)
- 80% clinical, 20% admin, virtual scribe
- Established practice opening a brand-new clinic location
- Very light call volumes - initial call vetted by RN
- Established referral network, collaborative and supportive physician team and staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- $205,000 Year One
- $165,000 Base Salary: commensurate with experience
- $20,000 Production bonus incentive
- $100,000 Sign On & $10k relocation assistance
- $175,000 Student Loan Assistance:

Qualifications:
- Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric NP, or Physician Assistant
- Licensure: Active California license (or eligible to obtain one)
- Experience: Accepting experienced & 2027 grads
