Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Join a collaborative FQHC as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Washington's beautiful Evergreen Coast Region, with a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek and exceptionally light call. Position & Clinical Environment
- Work-Life Balance: Outpatient only with the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day workweek.
- Clinic Setup: Features 8 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, and comprehensive on-site services including Dental, Lab, and Pharmacy.
- Support System: Collaborative environment working alongside one other MD and supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA).
- Call Schedule: Exceptionally light, phone-only call rotated at a 1:20 ratio.
Compensation & Financial Benefits
- Base Salary: $151,000 for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
- Sign-On & Relocation: $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.
- Loan Forgiveness: Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance (via FQHC/HRSA programs).
- Benefits: Full competitive benefits package.
Qualifications Needed
- Specialty: Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 to 5+ years of clinical experience.
