Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a well-established urgent care team in Lancaster, California, to welcome a physician assistant to their practice.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Urgent Care position in a respected, longstanding medical group
- 12-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday (8 a.m.-9 p.m.)
- Strong clinical support, including nurses, medical assistants, and front office staff
- Annual compensation range: $166,000-$186,000, based on experience
- Employer-paid life insurance, medical, pharmacy, and dental coverage with additional voluntary benefits
- Tuition reimbursement opportunities, California license, and DEA reimbursement
