Position Highlights
- Manage a patient schedule of 8-12 visits per day
- Focus on wellness visits and preventative care for patients 65+
- Occasional sick visits for established patients only
- Monday-Friday, daytime hours
- Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage populations (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
- Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call
