A well-established value-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team, seeing pediatric through geriatric patients. Compensation & Benefits

• The base salary for this role is $146,000-$155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate

Position Details

• Outpatient only
• Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric patients
• Mix of well visits and acute care
• Average of 16 patients per day
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am-5 pm

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certified
• In the past 5 years, must have practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting
