Physician Assistant – Walk-In Care (One Hour West of Boston, MA)

A federally qualified health center (FQHC) located one hour west of Boston is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its walk-in clinic. This respected organization provides comprehensive primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services to nearly 30,000 individuals and families in the community.

About the Position:

Join a dedicated, mission-driven team committed to improving the health and well-being of underserved and culturally diverse populations. This is a Monday through Friday position with occasional Saturdays, no call, and a manageable patient census.

As part of a patient-centered medical home, you’ll deliver evidence-based family medicine for both children and adults, supported by on-site lab services and a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. The center also serves as a teaching health center, training family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, and clinical social workers in providing culturally responsive care.

Requirements:

• NCCPA Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a PA in a primary care or walk-in/urgent care setting
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
• Current Massachusetts license or license pending
