A mission-driven organization dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to underserved and uninsured populations throughout Indiana has an opening for an experienced Physician Assistant to join their Family Medicine clinic in Central Indiana, just 80 miles North of Indianapolis. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), this group offers integrated care that includes primary medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and nutrition services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

What We Offer:

  • 100% outpatient setting
  • Option for 4-day work week after first 90 days
  • Manage patients of all ages with diverse health needs
  • 35 patient care hours + 5 administrative hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $30,000 retention bonus (paid in allotments over 3 years)
  • $2,500 CME allowance + 5 CME days
  • Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase

Qualifications:

  • NCCPA Certification
  • 2+ years of clinical experience as a PA in primary care
  • Experience in a Community Health Center preferred (not required)
  • Spanish-speaking skills preferred (not required)
