Location: Lafayette, IN- College Town – One hour from Indianapolis
Job Type: Contract / Locum Tenens- Start in January and ongoing need
Schedule: 3 shifts per week | 12-hour shifts
12 hour Shifts: 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM
Compensation: $100/hour | Weekly Pay
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join an established healthcare network in Lafayette, Indiana!
Position Details:
- Three 12-hour shifts per week.
- Rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Coverage may include an additional location in West Lafayette.
- Malpractice insurance included.
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days.
Requirements:
- Active Indiana license or IMLC
- Board certification required.
- Strong urgent care, clinical assessment, and patient care skills.
