Opportunity
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Join a growing multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health services in a community-based setting. This permanent position offers the opportunity to provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment services while working closely with counselors, recovery specialists, and community partners.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, Peer Recovery Specialists, and community providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Support a patient-centered and recovery-oriented approach to care
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active Virginia license or eligibility for licensure
- Passion for community-based behavioral health
- Commitment to recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Interest in serving diverse populations, including youth and adults
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, or integrated behavioral health preferred
