A health services organization in Oklahoma is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a one-day assignment in Owasso.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Thursday, November 20
- Hours: 7am to 6pm
- Setting: On-site
Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Performance Exams and clearance evaluations for job-specific physical requirements
- Assess functional movement, musculoskeletal stability, range of motion, strength, and endurance
- Evaluate lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling capabilities
- Identify medical limitations or restrictions that may affect job performance
- Provide fit-for-duty determinations and document findings accurately and promptly
Qualifications:
- Active OK Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Experience with Occupational Health, Urgent Care, Employee Health, or Pre-Employment Screenings
- Ability to make clinical clearance decisions and assess functional capacity for job-specific tasks
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting occupational health events
- Familiarity with focused physical exams and health screenings
- Experience collaborating with onsite clinical and operational teams
