Advanced Practitioners - Primary CareJob Details:
- Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) position in a multi-provider primary care practice
- 100% outpatient primary care setting - Family Medicine, seeing patients from birth and up, no OB
- Schedule is 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) with no call required
- Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients of all ages
- Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs in consultation with physicians and care team members, including referrals to specialists
- Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer appropriately when needed
- Utilize state-of-the-art clinical technology including EPIC and Ambient AI to promote improved patient outcomes and streamlined continuity of care
- Dedicated support through the Office of Advanced Practice for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Access to established Mentorship and Orientation programs for newly hired providers
