About this Opportunity
- Monday-Friday with 8 working daylight hours
- On-call schedule (not every week)
- Current, unrestricted Ohio NP license
- See 18 to 24 patients per day
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
- Work in a nursing home/skilled nursing setting
Compensation and Benefits Offered
- The average provider is making in the $140K range with the new pay structure
- 401K (after 6 months)

- $3,000 CME budget given each anniversary year, after 1st 90 days
