A well-established hospital-based Urology Clinic in beautiful Eastern Oregon is seeking an innovative and energetic Nurse Practitioner to join a highly supportive and mission-driven healthcare team. This position serves a local population of roughly 35,000 residents and offers the opportunity to practice “big city medicine with a hometown touch” in a welcoming community surrounded by mountains, outdoor recreation, and exceptional natural beauty.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Generous total compensation package ($145k+)
  • Strong base salary plus annual quality incentives up to $15k
  • $20,000 commencement bonus
  • $8,000 annual CME allowance + paid CME time

Position Details:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • No after-hours call
  • Work in a recently expanded 96,000 sq. ft. hospital, including:
    • 5 OR suites
    • 2 endoscopy suites (convertible to additional ORs)
    • 15 pre/post-op rooms, 7 PACUs
    • Modern cafeteria and stunning mountain views
  • Average 14-17 patients per day
  • Scribe support options available
  • Epic EMR
  • Clinic equipped with:
    • BK point-of-care ultrasound
    • Olympus cystoscopy equipment
    • Laborie urodynamics systems

Ideal Candidate

  • Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification
  • Experience as a provider (not accepting new graduates at this time)
