Position Details
Outpatient clinic and telehealth role
Flexible hours
Clinic hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Requirements
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification required
- 1-2 Years of experience as a Psychiatric provider
- Active Ohio APRN license or ability to obtain licensure in Ohio
