Position Details
- Outpatient-only role
- Pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Mix of well visits and acute care
- Average of 16 patients per day
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
- Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities
- Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions
- Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
- Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 2+ years of experience as a primary care provider seeing all ages
