A well-established healthcare system in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Emergency Department team. This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, Level II Trauma Center serving a vibrant and diverse community. Position Highlights:

  • Full-time position with flexible 12-hour shifts
  • Work in a Level II Trauma Center with an annual visit volume of 36,000+ patients
  • Weekends and holidays are shared equally among the team
  • Collaborate with a dedicated group of emergency medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff
  • Fully integrated healthcare system with EPIC EMR across all clinics and hospitals for seamless patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly compensation range: $62.31 – $81.01, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers, including health, dental, and life insurance
  • 403-B retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Relocation allowance and CME stipend
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Inpatient or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
