A hospital-owned Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic located in Northeast Oregon has an opening for an experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to join their Orthopedic Clinic staff. Join a team of 2 full-time physicians and 2 full-time advanced providers serving a local population of approximately 35,000 residents.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Generous compensation- $142,500+ depending on experience
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually
- Commencement bonus of $20,000

Job Details:
- Outpatient Clinic open Monday – Friday
- Provider schedule – Four 10-Hour days per week
- Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
- Recently completed a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
- Local University with Athletics Program
- Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.

Requirements:
- Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 1+ Years of Orthopedic experience as a provider
