Optimum has partnered with a facility in New Hampshire's Lakes Region with an opening for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.
Join a reputable team and provide quality care to patients of all ages. During your time off, relax by peaceful lakes or nearby mountains.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 3.5 days per week
- Beeper Call Requirement: 4 weekends per year, 3 nights per month
- Patient Population: All ages
- 30 minutes per follow-up, 45 minutes per new patient
- EMR: Meditech
- Must be board-certified
