Join an FQHC with 15+ physicians and five sites. The group is adding an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to its Hope, Indiana office.
Opportunity Highlights
- Monday – Friday is strictly outpatient practice. Candidates can work a 4-day workweek
- The group is looking for a candidate who is mission-driven and has a passion for serving the underserved
- Work in a small group setting
- 1:12 phone call, call schedule
- eClinicalWorks EMR
- $130K Base compensation with incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits
- 2 years of post-training experience preferred
- Potential signing bonus and loan repayment
