Job Details:
- Outpatient only primary care office
- Monday-Friday
- APRN completes assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implements treatment plan, and evaluates patient status
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 2+ Years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
- The ability to communicate in Spanish, Creole, or both is a plus
