Optimum is proud to partner with a hospital in southern New Hampshire that has a position for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team.
Position Details:
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Schedule: 36 clinical hours per week, 1 day may be telehealth once trained
- No call required
- Daily Census: 18-20 patients
- 2 MDs and 2 FNPs
- EMR: eCw
- Must work well with a team and have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice
- Board certification required
