Job Details:
- 12-hour Shifts-7 on/7 off
- Average 16-18 patients per day
- Responsive consulting physicians
- Transitions of Care Program to ensure patient follow-up
Requirements:
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 1+ Years of experience practicing as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner
- New Jersey license active or in progress
