Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Cardiology
Location: Saranac Lake, New York (Adirondack / Tri-Lakes Region)
A reputable healthcare organization in upstate New York is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Cardiology team. Opportunity Highlights
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology responsibilities
• Conduct new patient evaluations, hospital consults, and follow-up visits
• Participate in stress testing, medication management, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, patient education, and discharge planning
• Collaborative team environment with cardiologists and interdisciplinary staff

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $155,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Eligibility for productivity-based incentives

Candidate Profile
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible for New York State licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
• Cardiology experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and patient-centered approach
