Enterprise Medical Recruiting is working with a well-established health system in Northwest Indiana to hire a CRNA for its growing group of employed providers. The position offers a varied case mix, a light call schedule, and an easy drive to Chicago.

Opportunity Details

• Full-time, permanent CRNA position, with a 1099 option available
• Monday through Friday, flexible schedule
• 2 to 10 patients per day
• Call is 1 weekend per month
• 28 ORs, plus NORA covering 7 GI suites, Cath Labs and IR
• Group practice with colleagues who are glad to mentor and support new providers
• Epic EMR in the hospital and clinic, with AI tools built in
• HIMSS Stage VII, a level only about 5% of hospitals in the country have reached
• Bonus opportunities tied to RVUs and quality metrics

Financial Package

• $135-$150 per hour as an employee, or $205 per hour for 1099
• Sign-on bonus (negotiable)
