Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday schedule with no call and averaging a 30-35 hour workweek!
- Work Environment: Physician-led ASC utilizing a collaborative care team model with anesthesiologists and CRNA's.
- Team Environment: Join an established anesthesia team of 18 anesthesiologists and 12 CRNA's
- Additional Perks: Moonlighting opportunities permitted on scheduled days off
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Base + Generous Performance Bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including retirement and 7 weeks PTO and CME.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Licensure: Texas CRNA license (or eligible)
- Experience: New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.
