Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 9 physicians and 41 CRNAs at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown & Northside Campuses.
• Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesia professionals, many of whom have called Piedmont home for years.

Qualifications:

• NBCRNA board-certified.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Confident managing high-acuity and emergent anesthesia.
• Experienced with difficult airways and rapid-sequence induction.
• Commitment to evidence-based anesthesia practice.
• Ability to manage rapidly changing clinical situations.

Scheduling:

• Trauma specialist: 24hour rotating schedule.
• Work 7 - 8 x 24-hour shifts a month, with every 4th week scheduled off.
• 13 weeks off.
• For clinicians who prefer extended shifts and a schedule built around fewer workdays, Sound offers 24-hour CRNA shifts.

Compensation and Additional Benefits:

• Trauma CRNA annual salary range: $245,000 - $275,000.
• Commencement bonus up to $75,000.
• 13 weeks of scheduled time off.
• W2 & 1099 options available.
• Relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage urgent add-on procedures, time-sensitive trauma activations, and emergent operative cases.
• Rapidly assess patients and formulate an appropriate anesthetic plan.
• Secure the airway and establish appropriate patient monitoring.
• Recognize and respond effectively to evolving patient physiology.
• Practice full scope.
