Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
Job Details:
• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
• Provide anesthesia care to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safe anesthetic delivery
• Provide airway management services throughout the hospital as needed
• Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Document all patient care accurately within EPIC EMR
• Participate in a self-scheduling model covering 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts
• Weekend call coverage Friday 7:00pm to Monday 7:00am in 12-hour blocks, once every 6-week schedule block
• Must have active Michigan RN License and maintain clean malpractice/license history
• CRNA certification, BLS, ACLS, and NBCRNA certifications required
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• Visa sponsorship available for H1B and J1 candidates
• Not accepting new graduate candidates or those seeking long-distance commutes
