Northern Arkansas hospital owned clinic is seeking a General Surgeon
SF-1507-64397
- To join a 4 person surgery practice
- There is also an independent General surgeon in community that shares in call
- Call would be 1:6
- To replace surgeon nearing retirement
- To do Bread & Butter General surgery cases
- Work out of a 471 bed hospital-Level III Trauma
- This could be either an employed position or set up as an independent contractor
- Base salary in the MGMA median
- Then go on productivity-based on RVU's
- There is an active Resident program so the ability to teach General surgery Residents is there
- Community serves a 25,000 population base
- Located 30 minutes from Little Rock
