- Position: Outpatient Wound Care Locum Physician
- Location Peoria, IL
- Specialty Required: Internal Medicine or Surgery (MD or DO)
- Experience Required: Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine training and experience
Qualifications
• Licensure: Active Illinois (IL) medical license, IL DEA, and CSR.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Credentialing: Clean background with minimal malpractice history and no pending cases.
• Health Form: Completed Health Attestation Form submitted one week prior to the start date.
