Actively hiring MD/DO physicians only to join our surgeon-led, physician-driven wound care practice in California. This is an in-person clinical role within a rapidly expanding medical group with established patient volume and long-term growth opportunities.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a clear, predictable weekly schedule with strong earning potential and no unexpected workload changes.
Job Responsibilities
Physician-only model (No NPs or PAs)
Surgeon-led wound care program
In-person patient care only
Consistent weekly schedule (start with 1 day per week and add more as desired)
Established patient volume
Flexible schedule with long-term stability
Excellent opportunity for additional or full-time income
Competitive physician compensation (1099)
Comprehensive training provided
Wound care experience preferred but not required

Qualifications
ACTIVE and UNRESTRICTED medical license
