We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to provide locum coverage in a busy Outpatient Wound Care Clinic in Springfield, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported outpatient setting while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule with no nights or weekend responsibilities.
The provider will deliver comprehensive wound care services to an established patient population, utilizing Epic EMR in a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Perform wound assessments and ongoing management.
Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in Epic EMR.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and standards.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Illinois medical license or ability to obtain one.
Experience in Wound Care required.
Ability to work in an outpatient clinical setting.
Proficiency with Epic EMR.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Working Hours
Four-day work schedules may be considered.
No call requirements mentioned.
Patient Volume
