2 FPMRS Fellowship trained Urologists for their campus at USMD Arlington

- Sub specialize in incontinence
- State of the art imaging available
- Cross collaboration with their fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon and GYN Surgery Specialists
- Mansfield ? just south of USMD Arlington- experienced physician ideal for this role
- working with 1 Urologist in their group.
- Surgeries at Methodist Mansfield and USMD Arlington (most surgeons prefer robotic cases at USMD Arlington as the turnover of cases are built for speed and efficiency!)
- They had a full time urologist leave this practice in the summer of 2018
- Would prefer someone with experience
- Call coverage assistance is provided for big cases when needed
- Base salary-300K Salary + wRVU
- wRVU rates are $46 per wRVU until 8500, $48 after 8501.
- Call will be around 1-7/8 and growing depending on the addition of new providers
- Generally only covering 1 hospital (their hospitals do not take ambulance traffic)
- Onboarding program training on EMR and will staff with a scribe if needed, an MA, an associate practitioner to help support.
- 401k 4.5% match cap (after contribution of 6%),

- PTO- 160 hours- 8 hours added for every year of service, plus 8 paid holidays.
