Practice Details:
• Primarily outpatient, bread-and-butter Urology with the option to incorporate subspecialty interests and develop niche programs based on your training and career goals
• Strong clinical infrastructure includes a dedicated APP and a team of experienced support staff, including an NP, RN, CMA, and LPN
• Design a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle, with flexible options ranging from 0.5 FTE to full-time, including the opportunity for a condensed 3-day workweek
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the Urology service line as the organization continues to invest in specialty growth and expanded access to care
• Benefit from a large regional referral network and longstanding relationships with primary care physicians throughout northern Wisconsin and the Lake Superior region
Compensation & Benefits:
• $650,000 guaranteed base salary plus quality and production incentives, along with a $200,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including retirement, generous PTO and CME, relocation, and malpractice
