Located in Erie, PA - Buffalo, NY 95m
Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
General Urology opportunity within an established, high-volume practice
Join a team of 4 Urologists and 8 APPs
Approximately 20–25 patients per clinic day
Weekly schedule includes:
- 3 clinic days
- 1 operating room day
- 1 day dedicated to specialized endourology procedures
1:4 call schedule
Experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows encouraged to apply
Mentorship and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Pennsylvania medical license required prior to employment
Broad clinical interests in general Urology, with opportunities for advanced endourological and robotic procedures
Practice Highlights
Established Urology practice with 24 examination rooms
Team of 4 Urologists and 8 APPs providing independent clinic coverage, outpatient support, and inpatient service management
High-volume practice with established infrastructure for complex endourological and robotic procedures
Access to 2 Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems for trained Urologists
Advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including:
- Disposable digital cystoscopes and ureteroscopes
- Uroflow testing and urodynamics
- Vasectomies
- Transperineal prostate biopsies
- Modern intravesical therapies
- Aquablation
- Focal therapy for prostate cancer
- Erectile dysfunction treatments
Dedicated endourology procedure unit
Hospitalist support for inpatient admissions and consultations
Epic EMR
Abridge AI-assisted clinical documentation
Collaborative practice environment with experienced clinical support staff
