Practice Setting

Schedule

- Control over which weekends you work
Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology
- Licensed in NC or IMLC (LOQ) on hand
- BLS certification required
Other Details
- No hospital or surgery center privileges required
- Insurance provided by vendor
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
