Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Long Island & Manhattan, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time
A leading multidisciplinary healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team.
Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations.

Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox, and intrathecal pump refills.

Review X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
-
Provide patient education and post-procedure care.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
-
MSN or accredited Physician Assistant degree.
-
Active New York NP or PA license.
-
Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Spine Care preferred.

Strong clinical and communication skills.
-
Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
