Aya Healthcare is seeking a Urologist for a short-term locum tenens call coverage assignment at Verde Valley Medical Center (Northern Arizona Healthcare) in Cottonwood, AZ.
• 99-bed hospital using Cerner; work alongside 2 permanent physicians
• 24-hour call (8A-8A) August 15-19; average callback 2-6 hours per day
• OR cases 3-4 per week; robotics available but not required
• Required procedures: ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred: TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy
• 99-bed hospital using Cerner; work alongside 2 permanent physicians
• 24-hour call (8A-8A) August 15-19; average callback 2-6 hours per day
• OR cases 3-4 per week; robotics available but not required

Job Responsibilities
• Perform OR cases (approx. 3-4 per week) including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Perform TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy if experienced (preferred)
• Collaborate with 2 permanent physicians
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Arizona license or IMLC LOQ (willing to license)
• DEA required
• Cerner experience helpful
