Description
Noor Locums is seeking a board-certified Urologist for an ongoing, hospital-based locum tenens opportunity in Thomasville, North Carolina. This position offers consistent weekend call coverage, with approximately three weekends per month for at least one year.
The physician will support adult and pediatric urology patients through phone consultations, inpatient floor consults, and emergency department needs. Physicians must be able to respond to the hospital within 20 minutes when called in.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to phone consultations and clinical requests
Evaluate and manage inpatient floor consults
Respond to emergency department urology needs
Provide care for adult and pediatric urology patients
Perform appropriate rounding and consultations
Respond to the hospital within 20 minutes when required
Document patient care in Epic
Qualifications
Active North Carolina medical license or IMLC required
BLS certification required
Fellowship training preferred
Must be available for approximately three weekends per month
Must be able to meet the 20-minute hospital response requirement
Working Hours
Approximately 3 weekends per month
Call-only coverage
Beeper/phone call
Must remain within 20 minutes of the hospital while on call
Approximately 3 phone consultations and 3 patients seen per 24 hours
No admissions expected based on current assignment details
