Aya Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for a Locum Tenens opportunity at Canton-Potsdam Hospital (Rochester Regional Health, St. Lawrence Region) in Potsdam, NY. Start date: 10/26/2026. Full-time preferred; two providers each covering a minimum of 2 weeks per month will be considered.
- Acute care hospital and Level III trauma center within Rochester Regional Health
- Primarily outpatient urology with a 4-exam-room clinic, plus inpatient consults and procedures
- Staffed with 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMAs and a patient representative
- Approximately 20 patients per provider per day
- Epic EMR; OR block 7:30A-3:00P with no case limit
Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 20 patients per day
• Take 24-hour call (7a-7a); call can be tailored to the days worked per month
• Operate during OR block 7:30A-3:00P at a Level III trauma center (limited robotic availability)
• Care for adult patients (18+)
Qualifications
• New York license in hand (willing to license)
• BLS required
• Epic experience required
• Agency-branded CV; work history up to date with no gaps of 30+ days
