Job description
Ongoing locum tenens opportunity for a general Urologist at a hospital-affiliated urology office in Gettysburg, PA. Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no night or weekend call.
- Newly renovated urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
- Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, a surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff and a practice manager
- Minimum 14 patients per day; no pediatrics
- 73-bed hospital with daytime call (rounding, consults, OR)
- Epic charting; temporary privileges available for clean files
Job Responsibilities
• See a minimum of 14 patients per day (30 min new patient visits, 15 min post-ops)
• Perform procedures including ureteroscopies
• Coverage needed approx. 6 weeks per month; adult patients only
Qualifications
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand required
• DEA required
• 3 years of experience
• Epic experience in a clinic setting required
