- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and monitor adult patients in an outpatient neurology clinic.
- Provide ongoing care for established and returning patients.
- Manage conditions including migraines, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and restless leg syndrome.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical needs.
- Coordinate care with advanced practice providers and nursing staff.
- Document patient encounters and care plans in the EPIC electronic medical record.
- Provide clinic-based care without required procedures, EMGs, or sleep studies.
Required:
- Board certification.
- Active New Hampshire medical license.
- BLS certification.
- DEA registration.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to provide provider name and NPI for credentialing.
Preferred:
- Current New Hampshire licensure at the time of application.
- Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.
