Job description
Locum tenens opportunity for a Urologist at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital in Gettysburg, PA. Ongoing coverage for a busy urology practice.
- Urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms, recently renovated
- 73-bed hospital; adult patients only (no pediatrics)
- Support staff: 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff and practice manager
- No night or weekend call
- Epic charting
Job Responsibilities
• See a minimum of 14 patients per day (30-minute new visits, 15-minute post-ops)
• Cover daytime hospital call: rounding, consults and OR; no night or weekend call
• Provide coverage for approximately 6 weeks each month
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience; Epic experience in a clinic setting required
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• DEA required
