Aya Healthcare is building a candidate pool of Urologists for ongoing locum tenens opportunities at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital in Gettysburg, PA. Start date anticipated March 2027.
• Urology office with newer renovation: 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms with long-tenured staff
• Support staff: 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff and a practice manager
• Mix of clinic, procedures, OR and daytime hospital call (rounding and consults); no night or weekend call
• Minimum of 14 patients per day; adult patients only (no peds); 73-bed hospital
• Coverage needed approximately 6 weeks each month; Epic EMR

Job Responsibilities
• Perform procedures including ureteroscopies and OR cases
• Cover daytime hospital call: rounding, consults and occasional add-ons to clinic
• See a minimum of 14 patients per day
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience minimum
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand (willing to license)
• DEA required
• Epic experience in a clinic setting required
